Hobaica Services is seeking a Customer Services Representative/Warranty Expert and must possess general customer service experience with a willingness to learn.

This is a full-time, in-office, non-exempt level position, reporting to the Office Manager. The hours for this position are in-office, 8:00 – 5:00pm and may require some overtime in summer season.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Answer phones, screen, route and schedule

· Administrative/Reception duties

· Manage club membership plans, warranty plans & quality control

· Manage customer follow-up

· Warranty parts management

· On-call customer service & dispatch duties

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

· Schedule Service Calls & Ensure Complete Customer Satisfaction

o Answering phones are first priority

o Schedule all incoming service calls & create call slips

o Satisfy all customer requests to ensure complete satisfaction

o Follow up with customers & processing

· Reception Duties

o Greet and announce walk in customers

o Process over the counter purchases

o Shipping/receiving duties

· Manage Club Membership Plans, Warranty Plans & Quality Control

o TCC membership plans

o CMP agreements

o No Worry Warranty plans

o Quality Control Inspections

· Manage customer follow-up

o Manage all open estimates

o Responsible for managing all customer needs

o Book required services/sales

· Warranty parts management

o Manage all warranties

o File for part/equipment warranty

o Responsible for managing all warranty filing

· On Call Customer Service & Dispatch Duties

o On call duty required after regular operating hours, holidays & weekends

o Be available to answer all incoming calls

o Schedule all service calls per customer request

o Create call slips

o Dispatch all emergency calls to the on-call technician

o Schedule all non-emergency calls according to availability for regular operating hours

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· High School diploma or equivalent required, college preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

· Regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and type

· Speaking and hearing ability; heavy communication through talking and listening to employees and clients directly as well as through telephone conversations to resolve issues

· Frequently required to reach with hands and arms

· Occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

· May lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
