About the Role

We are looking for a Carpenter Foreman to join our Operations team in Lancaster, TX. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading team to complete daily tasks at jobsite.
Responsible for coordinating projects and ensuring all projects are completed.
Monitor production schedule and attendance of crew.
This is a working foreman position and individual will also step in to assist team in completion of tasks/projects when needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

Possess 10 years of construction/carpenter experience.
Strong leadership, communication and time management skills.
Must be able to read basic drawings.
Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects.
Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and can see & hear well either naturally or with correction.
Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.

Preferred:

Individuals must be able to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment.
Must be able to work outside
Must be able to work overtime and weekend hours.
Punctuality and promptness are required every day.
Forklift operator training work would be a plus.
