About the Role

We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our Finance team in our regional office in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and support accurate financial reporting in accordance with company and industry standards.
Coordinate project billing and assist with timely and accurate invoicing.
Perform job cost reconciliation and support analysis of project financials.
Maintain asset accounting records and assist with related reconciliations.
Collaborate effectively with project teams and accounting colleagues while managing individual responsibilities with strong follow‑through and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
1–3 years of accounting experience; construction industry experience preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Demonstrated attention to detail, strong work ethic, and consistent follow‑up skills.
