About the Role
We are looking for a Construction Technology Manager to join our Construction Technology Services team on our office in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, onsite position with travel required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise standards for audiovisual and access control systems to ensure consistency across deployments
- Plan, budget, and execute deployment of collaboration technology solutions at job sites
- Manage and assign tasks to project team members while ensuring alignment on roles, responsibilities, and deadlines
- Lead implementation and deployment of construction technology solutions across multiple projects
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to improve jobsite operations
- Travel to project locations to oversee installation, commissioning, and user training
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support to ensure minimal disruption to project operations
- Collaborate with IT teams to support deployment and activation of systems and equipment
- Maintain documentation of deployments, installations, and issue resolutions
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Willingness and ability to travel to job sites as needed
Preferred:
- Experience with audiovisual and access control technology deployments
- Background in electronics or a related technical field
- Demonstrated leadership or team management experience
- Strong time management skills in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with computers and construction-related technologies
