Fulfillment Supervisor
The Fulfillment Supervisor will provide accurate, state-compliant delivery of products labeled in accordance with all applicable regulations and SOPs, as well as provide excellent oversight of the delivery team and maintain excellent internal/external customer service. This position will work with API and Seed-to-Sale tracking software and will use expert knowledge of state regulations to perform job duties and create statistical reports and

General
Experience with order fulfillment, inventory tracking, data entry in a manufacturing environment. A candidate seasoned in production and supply chain management. This role will work closely with department leaders and packaging staff collecting, tracking, and recording data from said departments/packagers. This position is responsible for tracking and follow up on all sales orders, as well as monitoring and updating inventory records. The ideal candidate will be: detail oriented, highly organized and proactive while exemplifying dimensions of adaptability, problem solving, analysis and versatility. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and an eagerness to learn. This position requires maintaining OSHA compliant standards pertaining to product storage and food safety. This position requires basic math skills, strong ethics/judgement, the ability to establish effective working relationships with a vast array of coworkers, outside clients, and the national sales team.
- Regulations require that incumbent be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain medical marijuana work credentials
Education/Experience:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Sales experience
- Minimum of 1 year of inventory control experience
- Data based API systems
- Knowledge of marijuana strains and products
- Multi-task oriented
Technological Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft
