Who We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for dedicated, team-oriented educators who believe in the power of early childhood education to change lives. If you’re ready to grow, collaborate, and make a lasting impact—this is the place for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Heart: Guide classroom operations and craft enriching learning experiences.
- Connect and Care: Build trusting relationships with children and their families.
- Create Joy: Maintain a positive, safe, and nurturing environment every single day.
What You Bring:
- Age: 18 or older
- Education: Minimum of an Associates in Early Childhood Education (ECE)
- Experience: At least 1 year in a licensed childcare facility
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid
- Extras: NC Qualifying Letter preferred
- Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
