ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll oversee front office operations, coordinate communication and scheduling, and support compliance and recordkeeping. You’ll also step into classrooms, as needed, to help maintain smooth, consistent operations across the school.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Help keep the school running smoothly by maintaining an organized, welcoming, and efficient front office.
- Coordinate schedules, communications, and events to support daily operations and keep everyone connected.
- Create a positive experience for families, staff, and visitors by providing responsive, high-quality support.
- Keep records accurate and support compliance efforts to ensure the school meets all requirements.
- Support enrollment and engagement efforts, including tours and family communication.
- Step into classrooms as needed to support coverage and help maintain a safe, consistent environment for children.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience in administrative support, scheduling, or office management. Experience supporting school operations preferred.
- Minimal teaching experience working in a school or early childhood environment preferred.
- Working knowledge of state licensing requirements and classroom compliance expectations, with the ability to support classrooms as needed.
- Must meet all state-specific education, certification (including CPR/First Aid, where required), licensing, and regulatory requirements, including the ability to pass a background check and complete ongoing professional development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families, staff, and the community.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
