GTM Engineer, Post-Sales

Remote - United States Only

About Hologram

Hologram is building the future of IoT connectivity, delivering internet access to millions of connected devices worldwide. We process over 5 billion transactions per month across our global infrastructure, this isn't just another app, it's the invisible backbone powering everything from fleet tracking to smart city infrastructure. We tackle challenges of scale, reliability, and performance that few companies face.

What makes a Hologrammer?

We look for people with insatiable curiosity and an uncompromising commitment to excellence. Hologrammers are the type who dig deeper when things break, ask 'why' before 'how,' and aren't satisfied until the solution is bulletproof.

You'll love working here if you:

Value tenacious ownership of outcomes: You don't measure a fix by whether it shipped. You measure it by whether anyone's still dealing with the problem.

Crave genuine technical challenges: you're drawn to the process that's outgrown its original design, the one worth rethinking, not just patching.

Relentlessly pursue growth: Every problem you clear reveals the next one worth solving. You're never really done, just onto the next thing.

GTM Engineer, Post-Sales

About this role

The GTM Engineer, Post-Sales, takes manual post-sale work (onboarding, billing, orders, renewals) and turns it into infrastructure: deleting what doesn't need to happen, automating what remains, and leaving behind a clean, reliable process. Alongside back-end automation work, this role will be customer-facing, with direct customer contact on issues like billing and onboarding.

What You'll Do:

  • Automate contract-to-billing configuration, translating signed terms into correct billing setup validated before go-live
  • Own the onboarding activation tracker, driving each new customer through to live and billing correctly
  • Build billing reconciliation automation that flags discrepancies before customers see them, and own customer-facing resolution of disputes through to close
  • Build SIM order intake and logistics automation, taking Account Executives off the operational path
  • Build the renewal-admin engine: renewal calendar, auto-renewal comms, and Salesforce renewal-field hygiene, partnering with Revenue Operations
  • Extend the existing account health and expansion signal system, routing ready-to-action findings to Account Executives and closing the loop on execution
  • Own migration completion tracking and customer communication, partnering with Solutions on technical execution
  • Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tooling into the post-sale stack, separating what compounds impact from what adds noise

Outcomes you will drive:

  • Grow selling capacity: automated billing, onboarding, and order workflows free up AE time for new business, measured by time reclaimed and revenue capacity redirected.
  • Raise billing accuracy: contract-to-billing automation, pre-go-live QA, and reconciliation systems keep invoices clean from the start, tracked against the monthly error rate.
  • Accelerate onboarding: automated activation tracking and config QA get customers live and billing correctly faster, measured by time-to-activation and first-invoice accuracy.
  • Build the renewal engine: an automated renewal calendar, comms, and CRM hygiene system that keeps every account renewal-ready, measured by renewal readiness.
  • Grow expansion revenue: automated health scoring and signal detection surface opportunities to AEs before they're missed, measured by findings actioned and revenue recovered.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years in GTM engineering, or automation-heavy operations within Revenue Operations, Sales, or Customer Success Ops
  • Demonstrated experience building automations, integrations, or AI workflows (Zapier-level minimum, Python or APIs a plus)
  • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, with a real understanding of how systems-of-record hygiene affects downstream reporting
  • Experience with Gong or a comparable call-intelligence platform, including using it to reduce manual CRM data entry
  • Experience building automation around margin or pricing data, translating contract terms into leakage or uplift signals
  • Comfortable working in issue-tracking tools like Linear to track multi-week technical workstreams (e.g., migrations)
  • Familiarity with modern AI tooling and a track record of applying it to real operational workflows, not just experimenting with it
  • Ability to handle customer-facing conversations on billing, onboarding, and order issues clearly and effectively
  • Has a bias toward elimination: questions whether the work is even necessary before building around it

You might be a great fit if you...

  • Enjoy taking a manual process and turning it into something clean, automated, and built to last
  • Are comfortable making judgment calls about tooling with incomplete information: you can run a fast evaluation, form a view, and move
  • Thrive working across Revenue Operations, Solutions, Sales, and the account team: you know a good system serves all of them, not just whoever asked for it

Role Compensation: $115,000 - $135,000 base + $10,000 - $15,000 in annual target incentives

What to expect in the interview process:

  • Intro Phone Call (15 min)
  • Cross-Team Interview (30 min)
  • Take-Home Skill Test (90-120 min)
  • GTM Skills Deep Dive / Hiring Manager Interview (60 min)
  • President Interview (30 min)
  • CEO Chat (20 min)

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
