
Manager, Influencer & Partnerships

As the Influencer and Partnerships Marketing Manager, you will help manage and lead the planning and execution of the influencer and partner marketing channels to help drive new customer acquisition for Home Chef and Tempo. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record executing successful partner and influencer marketing campaigns at scale that drive results.
Detailed Responsibilities
Portfolio and Campaign Account Management:
- Manage assigned Partnerships from our portfolio including influencers, top tier celebrities, culinary talent, entertainment studios, media, D2C brands and loyalty partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external partners, communicating directly with influencers, top tier-talent, their teams (including agents, managers, and lawyers), entertainment and media teams, brand marketing managers, and account executives.
- Oversee launch plans for marketing partnerships collaborating with both the external partners and internal teams ensuring we come in on time, on target and on budget through effective planning, logistics, and implementation.
- Ensure creative briefs reflect the contracted deliverables and are clear, concise, and align with the overall marketing strategy and objectives of the business.
- Present creative briefs to partners and their teams. Potential to be available on set or via video call for shoots.
- Lead logistical management including product shipments, shoot dates, coordination of partner asset submissions, external channel set up (Meta ad access for dark posting), ensuring timelines and initiatives stay on track
- Communicate any feedback or changes by our creative and brand to partners before publishing to ensure brand alignment.
- Coordinate invoicing from partner to accounting and oversee campaign budgets
- Continually assess current marketing programs and development efforts to improve performance.
Business Development:
- Help manage and grow a pipeline of prospective partners and influencers ensuring the brand is always forward thinking and positioning ourselves for timely, relevant partnerships that align with our narrative and ethos.
- Continually assess and research the cultural and media landscape using strategic and creative thinking to uncover new opportunities for the business.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with partners, media companies, entertainment studios, brands, top tier celebs, influencers, agents and managers.
- Help handle initial prospect and outreach including putting together deal terms to submit to external partners
- Assist and lead contract negotiations in conjunction with marketing leadership and legal.
- Negotiate commission structures, promotional placements, and exclusive partnerships
- Use analytics, performance, and feedback to inform outreach strategy and decision making.
Internal Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Paid Media team to oversee and monitor the deployment, timeline, spend and performance of partnership campaigns.
- Ability to work and collaborate seamlessly across internal teams including brand, legal, accounting, creative, product and operations to ensure smooth execution bringing campaigns and activations to life across all channels.
- Work with the brand and creative teams on building creative briefs, partner asset submission, feedback and management of timelines, direction, and deployment.
- Collaborate with legal on contracts, acting as brand representative to external negotiations and communication ensuring the brand is positioned for success.
- Responsible for presenting at partner meetings, leading internal project status meetings, and delivering oral and written presentations including weekly, monthly and quarterly status meetings
Reporting & Accounting:
- Track and log weekly spend for influencers for weekly paid media meetings including flat fees and paid media spend.
- Manage Weekly Paid Media, Ad Access, and Ad Performance reporting.
- Own the influencer accounting process (manage and track invoicing in conjunction with Home Chef’s accounting. Lead monthly collaboration meetings with accounting in order to help leadership manage the influencer budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI)
- Manage the end-to-end SAG (Screen Actors Guild) lifecycle, including pre-production documentation and payment processing, to maintain regulatory compliance working with our partners at Extreme Reach and CMC.
- Understanding of main KPI’s: CPA and LTV. Able to navigate and make data driven decisions.
This position requires <10% travel.

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business-related field
- 4+ years of creator and partnership marketing either at a consumer brand, tech company, or media agency with focus on growth marketing.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented (impeccable written and oral presentation skills is a must) with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and creative problem-solver with the ability to take initiative and ownership of programs and relationships and oversee a diverse portfolio of accounts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (exceptional relationship-builder and negotiation skills) including with major stakeholders (i.e. senior leadership, celebrity talent, high powered agents and managers, entertainment studios)
- A strategic thinker with solid decision-making ability who brings sound qualitative and quantitative analytical skills into their thought process and strategy
- Knowledgeable and familiar with social media advertising platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager), especially with Partnership Ads (whitelisting, dark-posting) and collaborating on paid social media campaigns with budgets of $1M+
- Strong cultural awareness with interest in culinary, entertainment, health and wellness, and emerging trends
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office; Google Drive

Home Chef offers the base salary range as posted below, with the exact offer depending on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, and internal equity. While compensation is within the provided range, it is not typical for offers to be made at the upper end. In addition to base salary, Home Chef provides a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare coverage, 401k match, and paid time off.

$85,000 - $95,000 USD
