Job Title: IT Integration Analyst 

 

Job Summary: 

The IT Business Analyst - Integration is responsible for various applications and infrastructure asset discoveries. Assisting the various IT integration, infrastructure, enterprise application and information security team efforts with identifying critical business applications, 3rd party service providers and business workflows of existing and newly acquired partners to avoid downtime for partners during integration go live events.   

The IT Business Analyst - Integration will have multiple IT integration projects in various stages at one time located both in the US and abroad. 

 

Essential Duties 

  • Strategy – Full understanding of the IT program, portfolio & activities in accordance with the mission and goals of Acrisure and alignment of acquired companies needs. 
  • Integration Discovery – Deploy and utilize Device 42 and other tools to Identify and assess the various business applications, hardware stacks, email dependencies, 3rd party service providers’ It needs and workflows. Collaborate with various IT teams to reach a mature and efficient run state.  
  • Reporting/Documentation – Leverage Device 42 to create asset inventory reports, starmaps, detailed documentation on dependencies – applications, servers, network environment, reporting systems and dashboards, outside facing interactions etc. 
  • SOP – Create SOP’s, application and infrastructure documentations. 
  • Training work with Tech Comms Team to help develop quick resource guides (QRG). Assist Tech Comms with technical aspects where applicable. 
  • Line of Business Support – Understand business and revenue model end-to-end, which includes system alignment and optimization, both current and post integration run state. 
  • Risk Management Work with Cyber security to analyze current risk state and assist to optimize risk management including vendor approval state. 
  • Service Management – Work with ITSM to analyze current ITSM service levels and work to optimize as various waves of integration occur. 
  • Financial Management – Analyze current financial run state and measure against integration ROI. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with various discovery for all integration stages. 
  • Leverage Device 42 and other tools to assist various execution and infrastructure teams with migration efforts by performing detailed discovery using of various partner environment - business application stack, data center assets, network stacks, remote connectivity etc. 
  • Generate asset inventory reports and detailed dependency maps to assist the various IT team with design, compliance, audits, and decision-making process. 
  • Create dependency maps between applications, servers, databases and networking devices etc. 
  • Use the various tools in our disposal (D42, S1, Screen Connect, etc) to identify data center assets that can be archived / decommissioned. 
  • Provide asset archiving / decommissioning detailed inventory to IC’s and/or Tech Comms team to assist with partner awareness. 
  • Work closely with infrastructure team with regards to the archiving / decommissioning of assets. 
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory, including physical, virtual and cloud components in D42. 
  • Identify service provider vendors used by partners and their IT requirements for continued successful execution of their services after a migration event. 
  • Understand the requirements and dependencies of the business applications. 
  • Develop and maintain SOP’s and various documentations. 
  • Develop and maintain documentations on specific applications – installation, configuration, trouble shooting, API, SSO requirements and communicate the requirements and dependencies to various IT teams. 
  • Help coordinate the projects’ interdependencies – i.e. GRC, InfoSec Arch, EA, etc. 
  • Keep up with the various tools used by Acrisure IT.

Education and/or Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree with an Information Technology emphasis strongly preferred. 
  • 5+ years of Technology experience within a complex IT environment 

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

  • Some understanding of the Insurance, title and msp business operations 
  • Familiarity with various business application and vendors utilized in the insurance, title, mortgage origination and IT msp business. 
  • Familiarity with Device 42. 
  • Knowledge of network concepts (SNMP, Nmap, Ping Sweeps, etc.) 
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform etc. 
  • Some IT asset management knowledge. 
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure. 
  • Data analysis and visualization skills. 
  • Knowledge of scripting languages – SQL, Powershell etc. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, responsiveness, and active listening skills. Successfully translates technical terminology to language that is easily understood and applicable to business priorities.  
  • Adaptable to new tools and resources. Experience collaborating using M365. 
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Adaptable.  
  • Experience applying project management best practices, integration or stack rationalization with design-thinking approaches. 
  • Experience using key performance indicators, metrics and data/predictive analytics to support planning, decision-making and continuous improvement efforts. 
  • Familiarity with the use of Monday.com boards for project and tasks tracking. 
  • Must be willing to travel.
