Warehouse Forklift Operator
Become a vital part of our team as a Warehouse Forklift Operator at our Norwood, MA production facility! You'll play a key role in processing, storing, and shipping finished goods and raw materials while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role operates on two shifts and there is flexibility to work 8 or 10 hour shifts!
1st Shift: Monday to Friday, with scheduled Saturdays and/or Sundays from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, with scheduled Saturdays and/or Sundays from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

Primary Assignments:
- Safely offload all inbound freight and maintain accurate documentation of transactions.
- Verify the accuracy of inbound freight bills and record receipt or movement of products in the NAV ERP system.
- Stage materials for production and ensure uninterrupted production by providing necessary materials to manufacturing lines.
- Store or ship finished goods products from designated production areas.
- Receive returns from production and re-rack products as needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with Warehouse Lead or Warehouse Supervisor for inspection of incoming products.
- Rotate product date codes during pulling operations to maintain freshness.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in shipping and receiving, with knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Proficient in put-away/retrieval of pallets in racked warehouses and loading/unloading trucks.
- Familiarity with warehouse documentation and processing requirements, along with average computer skills.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English required.
- Capable of standing for prolonged periods and lifting up to 75 pounds.
- Willingness to work in a cold environment and occasional weekends as needed.
