- Competitive Pay: Starting at a minimum of $35/hr. for Mechanic II, with pay scaling upwards depending on additional experience and certifications! On average, a Mechanic II can expect to make an annual salary of $100,000/year!

Primary Assignments:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using manuals, drawings, and schematics.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment to keep things running smoothly.
- Independently identify and repair broken or worn components in machines.
- Get hands-on with stick, MIG, and TIG welding, plus lathe, Bridgeport, or drill press work.
- Follow safety rules and regulations to maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Collaborate with other mechanics to accomplish shift objectives and projects.
- Take direction from the Maintenance Shift Supervisor and Maintenance Manager.
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid US Driver's License required.
- 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience required.
- MA Fireman 2 License and/or Ammonia Operator Certification preferred
- Knowledge of hand and power tools, familiarity with cGMP/GMP.
- Good time management and organizational skills, ability to work well in a team setting.
- Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift seventy-five pounds, and perform various physical tasks.
