Summary
The Overnight Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in managing the operations and performance of their designated Homes Alive Pets store during overnight hours while the store is closed. The Overnight Assistant Manager’s responsibilities include organizing the warehouse, stocking shelfs, managing the presentation of products on the shelves, and overseeing other night crew team members.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant.
- Possessing management experience is an asset.

Job Responsibilities
Top Priorities
- Overseeing store staff, including training new staff, and properly delegating responsibilities.
- Ensuring high quality presentation of floor inventory, including making sure that product is organized and fully stocked.
General Responsibilities
- Recording inventory shrinkage and completing write-off documentation.
- Assisting in accuracy in sales tags, signage, and promotions.
- Other reasonable duties as identified by the Store Manger.
Schedule
- Full-time (40 hrs/week)
- Overnight; 10 PM – 6 AM
Compensation
- $20-22.00. Wage commensurate with experience.
