What You'll Do

• Engage with customers through outbound calls and campaigns
• Support customers who may be considering cancelling their service
• Reconnect with former customers and explore opportunities to return
• Assist customers with account and payment-related queries
• Recommend relevant products and service upgrades where appropriate
• Deliver a positive customer experience and build strong relationships
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up actions

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or contact centre role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive, customer-first approach
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
