Home Solutions is seeking a Director of Product supporting our monetization and backend technical systems to drive the next generation of our revenue and lead distribution technology. This individual will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for the systems that power how we value, route, and deliver high-quality leads to our network of partners — ensuring that every connection maximizes value for homeowners, partners, and our business.
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, AI, engineering, and revenue growth. You’ll define the future of our internal monetization infrastructure — optimizing yield, enabling smarter pricing and routing decisions, and delivering the scalable foundation that powers Home Solutions’ growth. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, partnerships, and marketing to create products that accelerate revenue and deepen partner engagement.
Your Day-to-Day
Monetization Strategy & Product Vision
- Define and lead the product vision for how Home Solutions monetizes its audience and lead inventory across categories and channels.
- Build a multi-year roadmap that advances our lead distribution systems — incorporating automation, machine learning, and dynamic pricing capabilities.
- Partner with leadership to identify new monetization models, evaluate ROI, and define success metrics that directly tie to business outcomes.
- Ensure clear communication of product priorities, milestones, and results across technical and non-technical teams.
- Drive a disciplined, test-and-learn approach using A/B testing, cohort analysis, and advanced experimentation frameworks.
- Ensure that product decisions are guided by high-quality data, measurable impact, and feedback from partners and internal users.
Lead Distribution Platform Ownership
- Own the product roadmap for Home Solutions’ internal lead distribution tools and external platforms— ensuring real-time performance, reliability, and transparency for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to evolve routing logic, scoring models, and optimization algorithms.
- Drive innovation in platform architecture to support expanding verticals, partner types, and monetization models.
- Establish performance dashboards and feedback loops to continuously improve partner yield and conversion outcomes.
- Partner closely with Partnerships, Marketing, and Operations to understand partner needs, translate them into actionable product requirements, and deliver impactful solutions.
Revenue Operations Management
- Manage a team of analysts tasked with maintaining lead quality for partners and profit maximization for Home Solutions.
- Make trade-off calls around manual lead routing, implementing settings in our existing systems that ensure lead quality is maintained for partners.
- Collaborate closely with the Partnerships team to incorporate partner feedback into our systems and models.
- Sit side-by-side with the team that is activating supply-side initiatives and drive performance improvement by connecting the dots with demand side and market trends.
About You
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in monetization, pricing, or lead generation product domains — ideally within a marketplace, digital media, or performance marketing business.
- Strong technical fluency — capable of engaging deeply with data models, APIs, and complex systems architectures.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills; comfortable balancing near-term execution with long-term platform vision.
- Collaborative leader who thrives at the intersection of technology and business.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
