Executive Assistant

Location: Raleigh NC 

We’re looking for a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant to support our Senior Leadership team in Raleigh. This role focuses on ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly by managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and supporting office operations.

You’ll play a key role in keeping the Raleigh office organized and running efficiently, while also providing administrative support across legal and compliance. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to learn how a high-growth company operates.

What You'll Do

Executive Support 

  • Provide administrative support to Senior Leadership in Raleigh, including our Chief Growth Officer, Chief Operating Officer and additional SVPs 
  • Support legal and compliance processes, including contract coordination and documentation management
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate availability across teams
  • Assist with meeting logistics, including preparing materials and tracking follow-ups
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries
  • Support logistics for team meetings, offsites, and internal events
  • Help keep priorities organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Office Operations 

  • Serve as the Raleigh office manager, ensuring the workspace runs smoothly day-to-day
  • Coordinate with vendors, manage office supplies, and handle deliveries
  • Create a professional, organized, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors
  • Assist with in-office meetings and team needs

Event Planning

  • Support the Executive Business Partner with all events including onsites, offsites, leadership summits and company-wide events
  • Manage all Raleigh-based events as primary point of contact and organizer 

About You

  • 1+ years of experience in executive support, operations, or a similar role (Executive Assistant, Business Partner, Operations Coordinator, or similar)
  • Experience planning and managing event planning
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional, clear communicator with strong written communication and oral communication 
  • Ability to multi-tasks across work streams and reliably deliver high-quality results
  • Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
  • Ownership mentality — you don't wait to be told what needs to happen; you see it and handle it
  • Discretion and judgment — you'll be exposed to sensitive strategic, financial, and personnel information and can be trusted completely
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and no two weeks look the same
