Director, Yield Solutions

Location: Charlotte, NC

About the Role

Home Solutions is seeking a Director of Yield Solutions to lead the development and optimization of the products, systems, and capabilities that power our customer acquisition engine.

You will own a portfolio of internal and customer-facing products that influence how we acquire customers, convert traffic, monetize demand, and create value for consumers and service providers. At its core, your role will be to leverage our suite of proprietary products to improve conversion rates and lead quality across our network of enterprise partners.

As Director of Yield Solutions you will identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships teams to bring ideas from concept to execution. We are seeking someone that can marry strong analytical skills and product management expertise to drive performance on one of most strategic initiatives.

Within your first year, you will have expanded our nascent product portfolio across our largest enterprise accounts, improved key acquisition and monetization metrics, and established yourself as a key driver of growth across Home Solutions. You will build and deploy systems that not only improve performance today but create durable competitive advantages for the future.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Own performance and expansion of products that support customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion, monetization, and marketplace efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth through new products, product enhancements, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Partner with Engineering and Marketing to deploy and modify products that create measurable business impact.
  • Develop business cases for new product investments and growth initiatives.
  • Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, marketplace dynamics, and operational workflows to identify opportunities.
  • Design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with Analytics to establish KPIs, monitor performance, and measure business outcomes.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies where appropriate to improve scalability, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Turn ambiguous business opportunities into products that drive growth.

About You

  • 6–10+ years of experience in digital acquisition channels or  eCommerce. Cart optimization experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and/or deploying products or capabilities that drove measurable business outcomes, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, conversion improvement, operational efficiency, or profitability.
  • Strong product instincts with the ability to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and balance short-term wins with long-term strategic value.
  • Experience owning products from concept through launch, partnering closely with Engineering, Analytics, and Business teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Experience designing and executing experiments, A/B tests, or iterative product improvements to drive business performance.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, digital consumer behavior, and performance-driven business models.
  • Exceptional structured problem-solving and business judgment.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into structured product opportunities, clear roadmaps, and executable plans.
  • Comfortable using data to make decisions, validate hypotheses, and measure impact. You know how to separate signal from noise and focus on what drives results.
  • Strong business judgment and commercial mindset. You naturally think about customer value, revenue impact, scalability, and return on investment.
  • AI-native mindset — comfortable leveraging emerging technologies to improve products, accelerate execution, and create competitive advantages.
  • High ownership, low ego, and a bias toward action. You are energized by solving hard problems and accountable for outcomes.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
