Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service professional, or what we like to call, Super Agent, you will interface with customers over the phone (Inbound & Outbound calls) and/or via Chat, depending on the client’s requirements. You will come to the rescue of customers by solving problems and offering support on products and services.

Here’s a breakdown of some of the activities you would carry to deliver authentic customer experiences.

  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner according to the required procedures (and,don’t worry, you’ll get training in all of these)
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns and demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunities to build rapport with customers
  • Deliver service that meets the highest standards, otherwise known as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Use empathy and the latest technology to identify solutions and resolve customer challenges
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services and be ready to make suggestions
  • Complete administrative functions with accuracy
  • Provide feedback and make recommendations on how to improve customer satisfaction

 

Now that we’ve told you about the responsibilities of being a Customer Service Agent, here are the qualifications you should have to apply and be considered for the position.

  • High School Diploma
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of how to use a PC and software applications, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM (preferred)
  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills. We’re looking for great team players.
