The Role
Hone is looking for a Senior Director, Women’s Care to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside our Cofounder & CEO and in conjunction with our leadership team to build out the balance of the women’s care division as we scale up quickly to meet demand. The Senior Director, Women’s Care will oversee day-to-day operations and growth, ensuring smooth execution of our business processes. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for women’s healthcare and a knack for managing multiple aspects of a startup environment. This role requires someone who can roll up their sleeves and contribute to anything that needs to be done. This leader will coordinate with marketing, technology, customer satisfaction, clinical, and product teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
You will be ushering a new form of women’s health care that combines longevity, thyroid, menopause, and wellness care at a time where care models are rapidly evolving. Your work will shape the care of women across the entire country in a very short period.
Primary Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Define the direction for new products, processes, standards, brand, or operational plans based upon business strategy, with strong long-term impact on the organization's overall results.
- Responsible for the growth of a single product division. Ensure appropriate talent selection, organization and leadership for major areas of the organization.
- Serve as thought leader by maintaining knowledge of trends, developments, new technologies, and market conditions relevant to the product line(s) and industry.
- Employ evidence-based practices—integrate best research with clinical expertise and patient values for optimum care and participate in learning and research activities to the extent feasible.
- Oversee daily practice operations, including patient and provider scheduling, patient flow optimization, and resource tracking and management to ensure efficient care delivery.
- Ensure a patient-centered experience by fostering a welcoming environment and optimizing scheduling and billing processes.
- Partner with leadership to set and execute growth objectives, including service/product expansion and patient acquisition strategies.
Qualifications
In order to qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
- Creative problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
- Can quickly learn new technology systems and communication tools
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Telehealth/health industry preferred
- Incredibly passionate about the problem/mission, innately curious and resourceful
- Direct to consumer experience non-negotiable
Compensation
Compensation in this role is dependent upon relevant experience and qualifications, within the range of $180,000-250,000.
