About The Role
As a Senior Product Manager at Hone, you will be a driving force in building out the world’s best patient experience. You will report directly to the Head of Product and help execute on our strategy through research, testing and iterative development of new product improvements. You will work at the intersection of technology, user experience and clinical protocols to craft a seamless and effective patient journey.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the head of product to refine our product vision and development roadmap
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research to explore and validate new feature ideas
- Collaborate closely with our design, engineering, operations and clinical teams to define and shape new product improvements
- Drive new features through the full product lifestyle, from ideation through to release
- Measure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement
About You
- 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong experience crafting best-in-class consumer applications
- Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure success
- Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to improve the product and user experience
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving engineering, design, and operational teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Deep personal interest in health and longevity
Compensation Range
$140,000 - $200,000 based on location and experience
