The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help evolve our patient experience. In this role, you will join our product design team to drive outcomes by creating elegant user-centered product solutions. The ideal candidate has experience working across the entire design process — user research, user experience, and interface design. You should have a strong portfolio of award winning consumer applications. In this role, you’ll collaborate with other designers, product managers, and a team of engineers to drive outcomes that improve existing functionality and launch solutions that push our patient experience forward..

Primary Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Help elevate the user experience and visual design of our products.
  • Work as a partner with product management, engineering, and design leadership to execute solutions that improve existing functionality and launch new solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to discover user, business, and project needs and work iteratively in defining an appropriate solution.
  • Create low, medium, and high-fidelity wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes that illustrate your ideas and creative thinking.
  • Conduct user research and testing to support and refine your design decisions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of how people use the products/services you design and begin to act as a voice of the user.
  • Manage multiple priorities and juggle 2-3 design projects at a time. 

Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, working on consumer products
  • Amazing portfolio of consumer products, showcasing attention to detail, creative thinking, and strong foundations in typography, interaction, and interface design
  • Highly proficient in current design and prototype tools (e.g., Figma)
  • Excellent visual design sensibility and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus

Compensation Range
$120,000 - $180,000 based on location and experience
