The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Interface Designer to join our growing design team and help shape the next generation of high-impact, consumer-facing digital products. Reporting to the Head of Product Design, this is a high-visibility role for someone who brings an excellent visual design craft, deep experience in progressive UI patterns, and a portfolio full of award-winning consumer applications.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Primary Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Design beautiful, functional interfaces across web and mobile platforms based on UX flows and medium-fidelity wireframes
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to bring interfaces to life
  • Push creative boundaries while maintaining usability, scalability, and accessibility
  • Establish and refine design patterns and UI standards that drive visual excellence across our products, and elevate our Design System
  • Present work to leadership and stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and rationale

Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • 7+ years of experience designing interface designs for consumer products
  • 4+ years of experience working as part of a product design team with other UI and UX designers
  • An outstanding portfolio that showcases award-winning UI design for consumer apps that showcase attention to detail and strong foundations in typography, interaction, and visual design.
  • Mastery of Figma and prototyping, design systems, and responsive design
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and motion
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Experience working in healthcare or health tech is preferred

Compensation Range
$130,000 - $190,000 based on location and experience
