Hone Health seeks a highly motivated and polished Talent & Creator Partnerships Specialist to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have a background and/or interest in Influencer Marketing and Creator Partnerships, be deeply curious to learn more about Influencer and Brand Marketing, and thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment. This role will report into the Senior Manager of Talent and Creator Partnerships and work closely with the broader Marketing team to help drive brand awareness, visibility and community engagement.

A successful Talent and Creator Partnerships Specialist will immerse themselves in understanding Hone’s unique care model, which blends personalized telehealth care, biomarker testing, and longevity into a patient-centered approach. The individual will be responsible for assisting in introducing Hone’s offerings to talent and creators with the goal of driving sales and building brand awareness.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support team on events, product onboarding, and gifting initiatives including logistics and creative packaging
  • Help coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach to execution, ensuring strong brand alignment and timely delivery
  • Monitor influencer placements and posts, compile and circulate weekly internal coverage reports
  • Identify and engage with new influencers and creators who align with brand values and audience
  • Track influencer performance through KPIs and provide ongoing analysis and insight
  • Responsible for supporting and executing strategic brand marketing initiatives that amplify Hone brands across marketing, press, celebrity and influencer channels
  • Maintain and update influencer contact lists, calendar, and reporting databases
  • Place product orders and manage one-off orders for VIPS, celebrities and influencers
  • Collaborate with internal and administrative teams to align messaging and ensure seamless talent onboarding process
  • Support social media director and growth teams by monitoring UGC across social media platforms and reaching out for usage rights
  • Identify new growth opportunities and work closely with manager and leadership to pilot outreach strategies

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a keen eye for brand alignment, the ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers
  • 3+ years of experience in PR, communications or influencer marketing
  • Familiarity with platforms like Tribe Dynamics and Creator IQ (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding and interest in pop culture, celebrity, and influencer marketing
  • Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a high standard of professionalism in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, with experience in large-scale projects
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues, develop recommendations and execute action plans and campaigns
  • Passion for influencers, digital media, wellness, integrative care and longevity
  • Located in the NYC/NJ metro area (hybrid role)

 

Annual Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000
