About The Role
As Senior Product Manager, Health Tracking & Planning, you will help Hone patients understand and improve their health. You will report directly to the Head of Product Management and partner with our design, engineering, clinical, and data teams to turn complex diagnostic results and Hone clinical protocols into a clear, motivating plan for every patient.
What You’ll Do
- Own the roadmap for the Health Tracking & Planning team - connecting labs, clinical screeners, lifestyle trends, and other diagnostic results with each patient’s long-term goals
- Define and track KPIs tied to both engagement and clinical outcomes, with symptom improvement as a north star
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research to explore, validate, and refine how patients interpret and act on their health data
- Collaborate closely with our design, engineering, clinical, and data teams to define, sequence, and ship improvements to how health data is surfaced and planned against
- Partner with our AI team on personalization, recommendations, and AI-driven interpretation of patient health data
- Measure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement
About You
- 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong experience crafting data-rich consumer applications, turning complex information into clear, actionable next steps
- Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure success
- Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to improve the product and user experience
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving engineering, design, clinical, and data teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Deep personal interest in health, longevity, and making sense of personal health data
Compensation Range
$150,000 - $190,000 based on location and experience
