  • Experience selling to businesses, property owners, or other key decision-makers is a plus.
  • Experience in real estate, property technology, telecommunications, or internet services is preferred but not required.
  • Based in or willing to work within the New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut market.

Qualities We’re Looking For

  • Personable and relationship-oriented: Naturally likable; able to build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented: Excellent follow-through, with the ability to manage prospect relationships, track opportunities, and consistently follow up throughout the sales process.
  • Ambitious and results-driven: Highly motivated, competitive, and eager to exceed expectations and achieve measurable results.
  • Proven sales ability: A track record of success in enterprise sales, ideally within an early-stage startup or fast-growing company.
  • Professional maturity: Demonstrates sound judgment, accountability, confidence, and the ability to navigate sophisticated business relationships.
  • Industry curiosity and enthusiasm: Genuine interest in real estate, building strong industry relationships, and/or the opportunity to disrupt the traditional internet and connectivity market.
  • Resilient and persistent: Comfortable with outbound prospecting, handling rejection, navigating lengthy sales cycles, and consistently generating new business opportunities.
