Requirements

• We are not looking for Engineers for this role.
• Assist field technicians remotely by monitoring their requests and helping with tasks such as configuring endpoints and switch ports, checking switch port status, checking fiber light levels, and access point status. 
• Assisting with tasks such as activating G.hn endpoints, adjusting router throttle and providing general troubleshooting assistance.
• Support dispatch and route optimization in NY, PA, CT, and NJ areas in the US.
• Audit completed installs to ensure proper information has been captured.
• Ensuring technicians close out their jobs properly and help them make changes using AirTable.
• Contact customers via phone, text or email for rescheduling purposes.
• Weekly announcement to the technician/installation team with the previous week's audit results.
• Assist with all requests from the Director of Installation Services to help manage the daily operations.
