About The Role:
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of our infrastructure and core systems. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering, finance, and operations teams to drive the development and optimization of mission-critical systems that power our business. You will play a key role in ensuring our platform is scalable, efficient, and aligned with company objectives, while also improving our billing processes to enhance accuracy, automation, and overall customer experience. What You’ll Do
- Product Ownership: Drive the development and evolution of our core and infrastructure systems like billing, documents, rates, and more.
- Feature Development & Prioritization: Work closely with engineering teams to define technical product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- System & Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in internal tools, infrastructure, and workflows to enhance platform performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, finance, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless integration of billing and platform functionalities.
- Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, aligning technical initiatives with business objectives and communicating priorities to stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor and analyze system performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvements and product iterations.
Basic Requirements:
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a platform-related role.
- Experience working with internal platforms, APIs, or billing systems.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, technical teams and different stakeholders like finance and RevOps
- Excellent analytical skills for understanding opportunities, prioritization, and performance measurement.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product initiatives.
- Fluent English.
