Office Manager
What You’ll Do:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and people-oriented Office Manager to join our growing team. This multifaceted role supports the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office while also playing a vital part in administrative operations across Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about fostering a productive and positive workplace culture and is looking to grow their career within operations or HR.

Office Management
- Oversee and maintain the general upkeep and organization of the office environment.
- Coordinate office logistics, including supplies, vendors, mail, shipping, and maintenance.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and manage general office communication (calls, emails, deliveries).
- Support the planning and execution of team events, celebrations, and all-hands meetings.
- Assist with and resolve administrative tasks and issues on the go.
- Liaise with building management for facility-related matters and security protocols.
HR & Talent Acquisition Administrative Support
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment logistics, documentation tracking, and welcome communications.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, wellness programs, etc.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating calendars with hiring managers and candidates as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Oversee and maintain the general upkeep and organization of the office environment.
Basic Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in office management, HR support, recruiting coordination, or related administrative roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with executives, internal teams, and external partners.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and HR/ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse).
- Must live in Chicago and able to work out of our office 3 - 4 days a week.
- 2–5 years of experience in office management, HR support, recruiting coordination, or related administrative roles.

Benefits
- Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
- Bonus: 10%
