What You’ll Do
Sprint Planning & Execution
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, kickoff, retros, etc.
- Manage sprint boards and ensure delivery goals are tracked and met.
Release Management
- Coordinate release scopes and processes.
- Maintain release calendars and define cut-off and rollback procedures.
Delivery Tracking & Reporting
- Create and maintain Jira dashboards for tracking progress and team metrics.
- Monitor key delivery indicators, such as velocity, burndown, and throughput.
Cross-functional Communication
- Act as a liaison between engineering, product, and other departments.
- Identify cross-team dependencies and resolve alignment issues proactively.
Process Optimization
- Continuously improve Agile workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Introduce tools and rituals that improve efficiency and collaboration.
Basic Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead in a tech environment.
- Expert-level proficiency with Jira, including backlog management and dashboard reporting.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and release management best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum setting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage several timelines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for driving clarity.
- Excelent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, ArgoCD or similar DevOps solutions.
- Technical background in software or systems engineering.
