As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to drive our company's growth and innovation. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their technical staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire hiring process from start to finish for various roles, mainly in R&D.
- Utilize various channels ( social media, networking, etc.) to proactively source and attract top technical talent.
- Lead and conduct thorough screening and qualification processes to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their technical staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Data Analysis: Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their technical staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully sourcing and hiring technical talent.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies, particularly in fields such as software engineering, data science, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Creative and innovative approach to recruitment, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- A true team player
- Verbal and written skills in English
