What You’ll Be Doing:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with precision, ensuring compliance and accuracy across the board.
• Reconciliations & Recordings: Manage general ledger accounts, bank statements, and financial data with a keen eye for detail to ensure consistency.
• Month-End & Year-End Close: Play a key role in closing processes by preparing adjusting entries, accruals, and ensuring all necessary reports are in order.
• Insightful Analysis: Analyze financial data, identify variances, and share insights with management to help drive informed business decisions.
• Inventory Management: Ensure proper accounting for inventory, including sales, cost of sales, and inventory valuation.
• Vendor & Invoice Management: Review invoices, expense reports, and payment requests to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely processing.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to gather financial information, assist with audits, and improve internal processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and contribute to streamlining accounting workflows for greater efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (Netsuite or similar is a plus). Advanced Excel skills are a must.
• Key Abilities: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and a keen eye for detail.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and contribute to team success.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Integrity: A high degree of integrity and commitment to keeping financial information confidential.
