Freight Doesn't Manage Itself. Great Leaders Make It Happen.

At Honor Foods, logistics is more than moving freight. It's about making smart decisions, building strong partnerships, controlling costs, and delivering results.

We're looking for an experienced Logistics Manager who knows how to lead a team, manage carrier relationships, and keep freight moving efficiently.

This isn't a sit-back-and-watch role. We need someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, solves problems, and knows how to turn logistics challenges into opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the Team: Coach, develop, and hold Logistics Coordinators accountable for performance.

  • Own the Freight: Oversee daily freight planning, shipment coordination, and carrier performance.

  • Build Partnerships: Manage carrier relationships, support negotiations, and strengthen service agreements.

  • Drive Savings: Analyze freight rates, transportation costs, and opportunities to improve profitability.

  • Know Your Numbers: Track KPIs, service levels, shipping expenses, and operational performance.

  • Solve Problems: Take charge of shipment delays, carrier issues, and service disruptions.

  • Improve the Process: Identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement solutions that work.

  • Collaborate: Partner with internal departments to keep shipments accurate, efficient, and on schedule.

What You Bring

  • Proven logistics management experience, preferably in distribution, transportation, or freight operations.

  • Experience leading and developing a logistics team.

  • Strong background in carrier management, freight negotiations, and cost control.

  • Experience managing logistics KPIs, freight rates, and service performance.

  • Knowledge of shipping documentation, freight processes, and logistics systems.

  • Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Confidence making decisions, managing priorities, and holding teams accountable.

Most importantly? You're a hands-on leader who knows how to balance people, performance, and profitability.

Why Honor Foods?

We're a team that believes in Personal. Service. Excellence., Make It Happen, and We Not Me.

Here, your leadership matters. You'll have the opportunity to develop your team, strengthen carrier partnerships, improve processes, and make a measurable impact on our business.

Ready to Take the Lead?

If you know freight, understand the numbers, and have the leadership skills to make things happen, we want to meet you.

Apply today and help keep Honor Foods moving forward.
