Job Summary:
The Senior IT Support Specialist role oversees daily support operations and provides advanced technical assistance to end users. This role combines hands-on troubleshooting with team leadership, ensuring high-quality service delivery, efficient ticket resolution and continuous improvement of IT support processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide second and third level support for hardware, software and network related issues
- Respond to help desk tickets, emails and phone call in a timely manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, including desktops, laptops and printers
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment
- Work closely with the IT outsourcing partner to resolve issues and establish best practices
- Act as the escalation point for critical or high-impact technical issues
- Administer and manage Microsoft Intune for device and application management
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
- Provide onsite support to executive leadership for IT related needs
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or technical role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft M365, Active Directory, Authenticator and Intune
- Familiarity with Cisco DUO
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Results-oriented with a focus on quality, efficiency and delivering business value
Starting Annual Salary Range:
$90,000 - $110,000 USD
