Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, collaborative Channel Marketing Director who excels in partner-driven environments and knows how to turn fragmented dealer efforts into scalable, high-impact programs. This leader brings a strong drive for action, quickly identifies opportunities, and builds the strategies, processes, and tools needed to drive dealer engagement and measurable sell-through.
This person leads through influence and example, fostering high-performing teams by removing obstacles, providing clear direction, and empowering others to grow. They are highly skilled at cross-functional alignment, building trust across Sales, Product, Brand, Creative, and Finance teams by consistently bringing well-thought-out solutions and a partnership mindset.
Ultimately, we are looking for the individual whom top dealers contact when they need help, whom the sales organization actively seeks out for guidance, and who has a proven ability to convert partners into committed advocates while developing and leading a cohesive, high output marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel marketing strategies that drive dealer engagement, sell-through, and adoption of programs
- Lead GTM planning across key accounts, distributors, and retail partners
- Oversee dealer events, activations, and experiential programs (including rides, launches, trainings, etc.)
- Partner with Sales to deliver assets, training, and demand-driving programs to high-value dealers
- Ensure consistent promotion of campaigns through Dealerline and field teams
- Track program participation, sell-through impact, and dealer satisfaction
- Work cross-functionally with Brand, Digital, Product, and Creative to integrate messaging and assets
- Manage reporting on dealer adoption, event ROI, and channel conversion metrics
- Support loyalty-building efforts with top partners
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of channel, dealer, or partner marketing experience, including 4+ years leading teams.
- Proven ability to drive dealer engagement, program adoption, and sell-through.
- Experience developing scalable channel programs, GTM plans, and partner-facing assets.
- Strong collaborator with Sales, Product, Brand, Creative, and Digital teams.
- Skilled at managing dealer events, activations, trainings, and experiential programs.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience tracking adoption, event ROI, and channel performance.
- Excellent communicator with a partnership-first, influence-driven leadership style.
- Self-starter with a bias for action, operational rigor, and a track record of delivering measurable business impact.
- Strong project manager who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Starting Annual Salary Range:
$150,000 - $160,000 USD
