We are looking for an After-Hours RN Manager that will be responsible for the implementation, delivery, coordination, and supervision of hospice nursing services during evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours in compliance with organization policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Supervise the planning, coordination, and delivery of the interdisciplinary team interventions.
- Provide leadership to the afterhours team in conjunction with the Director of Hospice Services to develop, review and revise the patient/family plan of care; facilitate problem solving sessions; and delivery of team support.
- Implement and monitor compliance with agency policies and procedures related to clinical services.
- Address problems associated with the delivery of clinical services and staff development needs, make recommendations for appropriate additions/changes in policies and procedures, and provide peer input to enhance and improve the middle management function.
Education/Experience:
- One year experience as a professional nurse in the past three years or; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing or completion of a Licensed Vocational Nursing Education Program from an accredited school.
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a home health/ hospice or community health setting within the past five years.
- Minimum of two years supervisory experience preferred, within the past seven years.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Current license as a registered professional nurse in the State of California or licensed vocational nurse in the State of California.
- HPNA and/or PHN certification preferred.
- Current California Driver’s License and automobile insurance that meets State of California requirements, if driving a car.
Pay Rate for LVN:
$115K - $120K annually
Pay Rate for RN:
$130K - $150K annually
