Who We Are

The Operations Excellence team is a new group focused on improving processes and bringing efficiencies across support, operations, compliance, and expansion teams. We're building this team to streamline workflows, boost performance, and ensure smooth operational scaling for growth.  We’re seeking innovative thinkers to help shape the future. The  Systems Manager role will be instrumental in ensuring our operational readiness for new market launches.

  • Lead all new market expansion efforts related to driver onboarding, including understanding requirements, designing efficient onboarding workflows, and ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local, regulations and client requirements. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal and Sales to define requirements and with Marketing to create clear and concise communications for CareDrivers.
  • Engage directly with clients, with support from Sales, to understand their specific driver requirements and effectively communicate HopSkipDrive's onboarding processes and driver requirements. Advocate for our standard operating procedures by highlighting their benefits and persuading clients to adopt them.
  • Train the Supply team on executing the onboarding workflow and seamlessly transition the market to them for launch once driver processing begins. Ensure the CareDriver Support team has the necessary information for ongoing support.
  • Monitor new market performance through data analysis, identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process, and collaborate with the market Supply Manager to implement changes.
  • Provide regular progress reports on new market expansion to stakeholders, demonstrating strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Contribute to other cross-functional systems projects leverage operational expertise and problem-solving abilities, as needed.

  • Proven experience in operations and/or project management roles specifically related to expansion or roll-out efforts
  • Demonstrated ability to create new, efficient  workflows according to regulatory and client requirements
  • Exceptional analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, make data-driven recommendations, and execute them.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Jira
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Integrately, or Make Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter mentality with relentless curiosity and ability to develop creative solutions

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $56,200-62,400 a year. This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
