Who We Are:

Our Information Technology team takes pride in advising our teams, ultimately hiring the talent to move our business forward. As a member of this team, you will support the business through the following responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain with a deep understanding of all IT infrastructure, including networks, devices, and cloud services.
  • Provide technical support to all employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Be available for regular in-office visits to our Los Angeles headquarters for regular onsite support and in office events.
  • Oversee the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of end-user devices (laptops, desktops, peripherals).  Manage orders for computer equipment and supplies for new and existing employees
  • Manage the IT budget, allocating resources and licenses efficiently and tracking expenses. 
  • Manage user accounts and access control across various systems and applications (shared responsibility).
  • Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
  • Administer and support communication and collaboration tools (e.g., email, video conferencing) (shared responsibility).
  • Plan and implement IT upgrades and expansions as the company grows.
  • Stay current with the latest technology trends and best practices.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related topics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Secure, standardize, and optimize business processes through technical controls to support governance.
  • Document IT configurations and procedures in coordination with IT vendors.
  • Availability to support and resolve critical incidents and outages.

 

Who You Are:

You are a visionary IT leader, driven by a passion for leveraging the latest technologies( (e.g. automation, AI) to build, engage, and scale a high-performing IT department. With the following skills, you will make a tangible and immediate impact, propelling our growth in the technology/SaaS landscape:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT administration with a strong understanding of IT principles and best practices.
  • Relevant degree or security certifications.
  • Strong skills in managing and troubleshooting network, server, and cloud environments.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Experience with end-user device management and deployment.
  • Familiarity with user account management and access control concepts.
  • Ability to develop and document IT policies and procedures.
  • Experience managing relationships with IT vendors.
  • Strong understanding of communication and collaboration tools.
  • Track record of successfully planning and implementing IT upgrades and expansions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have experience:

  • Advanced experience with Google Workspace, Okta, and other Cloud/SaaS tools.
  • Experience with automation platforms like Zapier and Workato.
  • Experience with scripting.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

The salary range for this role in Los Angeles, California is $95,000 - $120,000. This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
