Operations Audit Specialist
The Operations Audit Specialist (Worksite Quality Auditor) is responsible for performing daily quality audits across various operational departments, including Claims, Customer Service, New Business, Underwriting, and Policy Services. This role ensures adherence to company procedures, identifies areas for improvement, and provides feedback to department leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to process excellence.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct a set number of daily audits for the assigned department(s).
- Perform ad hoc and special audits as requested.
- Accurately record audit results in the Quality Audit databases.
- Provide timely feedback to leadership regarding audit findings and departmental performance.
- Assist in the development and refinement of the Quality Audit program across various business units.
- Support the implementation of audit procedures for new products and services.
- Ensure audit procedures stay aligned with evolving departmental processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Prior experience in a Quality Audit role or related field
Technical Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Access
- Comfortable using databases and technology to record and analyze audit data

Pay Range:
- $19.66 - $29.04/hr.
Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
