Vice President Coverage Consultation Center

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President to lead our Coverage Consultation Center, a growing team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving meaningful business results.
What You Will Do
As the Vice President of the Coverage Consultation Center, you will:
- Provide strategic direction for all sales call center operations to ensure alignment with company goals and growth targets
- Lead, coach, and develop call center leaders and licensed sales teams to deliver high performance and continuous improvement
- Create and implement innovative sales coaching, training, and development programs
- Drive performance results through scorecards, incentives, and clear accountability
- Optimize staffing, scheduling, and resources to maximize productivity and client satisfaction
- Partner across departments to deliver campaigns, support multi-channel lead generation, and improve customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements while maintaining a customer first focus

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in call center sales leadership, preferably in financial services or insurance.
- Proven track record managing large-scale inside sales operations (100+ seats) with consistent revenue and performance results.
- Knowledge with call center metrics such as Service Level, AHT, Occupancy
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with ability to influence at all levels.
- Deep knowledge of call center sales operations, technology platforms (CRM, dialers, QA tools), and regulatory requirements.
- Data-driven decision maker with ability to analyze KPIs, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to interact effectively with executive leadership and front-line staff.

Pay Range: $139,300.00 - $205,450.00
Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
