Education:   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Location: Hybrid position with Mondays & Wednesdays at our Vienna, VA office

Salary: Various factors are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, education, certifications, and competencies that align with the specified role. The pay range for this position is: Base $55,000 + Performance based Incentives

Who We Are Looking For

As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top talent for our government contracts and corporate openings. You will work closely with our recruitment team to source candidates, manage job postings, and ensure we attract skilled professionals who meet the unique requirements of positions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various recruiting tools, platforms, and networks to identify and engage potential candidates for government contract roles.
  • Job Posting Management: Assist in creating and posting job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and assessments to ensure candidates meet the specific requirements of government contracts.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and records with accurate and timely information.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruiting activities adhere to relevant government regulations and compliance standards.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR/Recruitment/Sales.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or sourcing role is preferred
  • Familiarity with government contracting processes and regulations is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in using recruiting platforms, job boards, and social media for sourcing or willing to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
