We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team—a high-impact, fast-paced environment where collaboration, innovation, and results drive everything we do. In this role, you’ll be responsible for our marketing and sales pipeline strategy, leveraging AI tools, advanced analytics, and platforms like Outreach or Hubspot to optimize performance and deliver measurable growth. If you thrive on solving complex challenges, digging into data, and turning insights into action, this is the role for you.
- Project Management Excellence: Develop and manage Asana boards and timelines, oversee project milestones, and implement risk mitigation strategies to drive marketing success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound marketing requests, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between teams.
- Optimizing Processes: Analyze and refine marketing workflows, working closely with leadership to implement continuous improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate daily team standups, project meetings, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Marketing Support & Execution: Manage digital asset systems, coordinate with vendors, and provide administrative and creative assistance to drive campaign success.
What You’ll Bring to Engine: We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:
- Experience: 2-4 years in marketing operations or project management with a track record of delivering successful projects.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in project management tools like Asana or Monday.com.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work independently and cross-functionally, delivering clear updates and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail with a passion for optimizing processes and workflows.
