Your Mission:
As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:

• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee the corporate FP&A function, driving the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to ensure the financial health and growth of Engine.
• Strategic Financial Insights: Provide actionable insights into financial performance and guide strategic decision-making by developing financial models and forecasts that align with company goals.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership teams across departments to evaluate financial performance, set targets, and support key business decisions with data-driven analysis.
• Business Performance Reporting: Drive the creation of regular financial reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders, tracking key metrics and KPIs to monitor the company’s financial trajectory.
• Advancing our Financial Planning Systems: Spearhead the evolution of Engine's financial planning systems, enhancing automation, accuracy, and efficiency to support scalable business growth and improve decision-making capabilities.

What You’ll Bring to Engine:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:

• Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Skills: You’re a strategic thinker with expertise in financial modeling, corporate finance operations, and financial systems. You excel in presenting complex financial data and making it actionable for all stakeholders.
• Tech-Savvy: Bonus points if you’re fluent in financial planning software like Adaptive, Anaplan, or Pigment; ERP systems like NetSuite; HRIS systems like UKG or Workday.
• Mindset: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, collaborate, and deliver results that matter.
