As the Revenue Enablement Manager at Engine, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering comprehensive enablement programs across the entire revenue organization, from new sales leader onboarding to ongoing skill development for all revenue-generating teams.

In this role, you will implement a framework for role effectiveness and create systems to both enable and evaluate teams against them. Our goal is to ensure our revenue teams demonstrate the skills and knowledge needed to be best in class. You will ensure consistency in our positioning, equip teams to maximize revenue opportunities, and drive effective utilization of our tools and tech stack to deliver optimal results.

You will act as a key strategic partner to revenue leadership, ensuring alignment and collaboration cross-functionally with revenue operations, marketing, product, and go-to-market teams.

Your Mission:

  • Design and execute comprehensive enablement programs for all revenue teams, including new sales leader onboarding and continuous development
  • Lead product release enablement initiatives, ensuring all revenue teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to effectively position new offerings in the market
  • Implement the development, delivery, and training of end-to-end revenue playbooks in tight collaboration with revenue leadership, operations, and product marketing
  • Certify team members against sales methodologies to ensure effectiveness (content, tools, delivery and measurement)
  • Drive results through effective inspection, evaluation and accountability of designed revenue enablement programs
  • Utilize and leverage sales technology tools for reporting and benchmarking
  • Regularly spend time with front-line managers and revenue team members to understand challenges and build enablement deliverables that improve performance

What you'll bring to Engine:

  • 4+ years in revenue enablement, preferably with experience supporting diverse revenue functions in SaaS
  • Consistent track record of delivering enablement programs with quantifiable impact on company revenue
  • Experience designing and implementing new sales leader development programs
  • Track record of successful product release enablement initiatives
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and revenue operations
  • Comfortable with revenue tooling (Salesforce, Outreach, Call Coaching software)
  • Experience with sales methodologies and scaling revenue teams
  • Ability to work independently in a hyper-growth environment
  • Thrive in the unknown, are incredibly agile and willing to be flexible, juggling multiple priorities
  • Ability to effectively and concisely train team members on new tools and processes
  • Experience with a project management tool (Asana, Wrike, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Provide subject-matter-expert feedback to product managers on vision of product roadmap and tool specifics

Cash compensation: The base salary for this role is starting at a $130,000 to $155,000 base with upside potential based on performance. Final compensation packages are determined by various factors, including prior experience and expertise.
