Our 30-strong team in Germany is spread across Munich and Frankfurt working on global brands such as Atlassian Tefal and Kahoot.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a tech-focused Account Director with a mixture of PR, broader comms and some marketing experience to join our B2B comms team. You will be passionate about all things technology, bringing your varied experience to help upskill the team and deliver excellence to clients. This role is highly strategic, so we're looking for candidates with proven experience interrogating briefs, unearthing key insights and developing integrated communications strategies to meet client coals. We're a small team with no egos, so expect to still be hands on with execution, guiding and supporting the teams as needed.
Your knowledge of the B2B tech media, your network, and your in-depth industry expertise will be your strongest assets, positioning you as a trusted client counsellor.
The core tasks you would be trusted with include:
- Team management
- Leading on client communications
- Delivering strategically-led integrated comms plans for clients
- Content creation, localisation, proofreading and distribution
- Media and/or influencer relations
- Event management
- Leading on campaign plans
- Managing (in partnership with Directors) the operational side of accounts
- Taking a lead on, and playing an active role in new business

- You are a PR expert but have developed experience in other areas of the broader marketing matrix (design, paid digital media, social, strategy/planning)
- Have some PR agency experience, ideally on the B2B side
- You are comfortable reaching up and down (no job is beneath you!)
- You are passionate about the world of technology both in your personal and professional life
- You have experience working in an international environment and can speak business proficient English and German
- You have already managed a team or are looking forward to learning how to
- You are a strategic thinker with proven experience delivering integrated campaigns
- You are proactive and ambitious
- You understand that treating people with respect at all times is not an option
