We are looking for an exceptional person to join our team as Senior Associate, Digital Channels. 

The Senior Associate, Digital Channels, collaborates with client teams to implement and enhance organic and paid social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and broader marketing initiatives. Working closely with Account Managers and the Sr. Manager, Social Media, you will develop and execute strategic activities that drive engagement, brand awareness, and measurable results. Your passion for storytelling, trend analysis, and innovative marketing strategies will be key to achieving client objectives and creating impactful campaigns.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

You’ll work across a portfolio of clients, taking charge of the majority of day-to-day deliverables and initiatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving exceptional results, ensuring timely delivery across multiple campaigns, and cultivating strong relationships with clients and key industry influencers.

Your responsibilities can include, but are not limited to:

  • Organic Social Media Management: Manage and optimize social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring for retainer clients.
  • Advanced Digital Advertising: Collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Social Media to design and execute sophisticated digital ad campaigns. Optimize these campaigns to maximize brand visibility and achieve measurable growth.
  • Content and Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and scheduling of high-quality content that aligns with strategic goals. Ensure all content calendars are meticulously managed and provide guidance on creative direction and narrative development.
  • Community Engagement and Management: Directly manage community interactions, overseeing responses to comments, messages, and inquiries. Utilize your understanding of client needs and industry trends to guide engagement strategies and enhance brand presence.
  • Influencer and Partnership Development: Identify key influencers and brand advocates, fostering strategic partnerships to amplify client messaging and expand reach.
  • Analytical Reporting and Insights: Lead the analysis of social media performance metrics. Prepare and present detailed reports, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
  • Trend Analysis and Strategic Adaptation: Stay at the forefront of social media trends and emerging platforms. Advise clients and internal teams on how these trends impact their strategies and opportunities for innovation.

You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in agency and/or internal communication at marketing and/or communications agency.
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry with B2B/Corp social media experience either in-house or at an agency.
  • Excellent written skills. 
  • Strong collaborative skills with deep organizational aptitude and delivery to deadlines.
  • Extensive experience in social media management or related roles, ideally within a marketing or digital agency environment.
  • Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns — both paid and organic — and driving growth across various platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement paid social media strategies and execution aligned with business objectives across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, YouTube and Google.
  • Working knowledge in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and digital advertising technologies.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with a strong analytical acumen to drive data-based decisions.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in all aspects of content creation and campaign execution.
  • Experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field is typically preferred.
  • Additional certifications in social media marketing or digital advertising are advantageous.

Compensation Range: $67,000 - $85,000

The range listed is just one component of Hotwire’s total compensation package for employees, which includes bonus opportunities and a variety of benefits mentioned above. Hotwire takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location, expected work to be performed, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. A potential new employee’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
