Mobile Developer Android

We are seeking a skilled android developer to join our newly forming team! If you are passionate about creating innovative mobile applications with a dynamic group of professionals, this role is for you.

The team
You will be part of our Engineering department, comprised of approximately 50 talented members. You will work closely with senior developers, designers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Your role & impact
As an Android Developer at HousingAnywhere, you will create innovative features that enhance the rental experience for renters and landlords. Your work will simplify the rental process, improve lives, and drive a thriving marketplace.

• Develop and maintain Android applications using React Native.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, performant code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.   
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.
• Contribute to the improvement of our development processes.

Your profile 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering1 to 4 years in software/mobile development.
• Demonstrate expertise in React and React Native.
• Experience in testing frameworks like Junit
• SOLID Principles: Deep understanding of SOLID principles and their application in software design.
• Commitment to Code Quality: Adherence to healthy coding practices, including unit testing and code reviewsCollaborative
• Team Player: Strong ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience with Scrum and Agile development practices.
