The Team
Join our dynamic Customer Care department which consists of dedicated 19 team members. The Customer Care department, the face of our business, plays a crucial role in ensuring positive customer experiences. 

Your role and impact
As an intern, you'll experience being a part of one, or multiple of the specialised teams – Search Support, Booking Support, or Trust and Safety – contributing to the team's success through the activities listed below.

Search Support:

  • Assist Kamernet users with inquiries via our Ticketing solution.
  • Support HousingAnywhere Searchers through chat and email.
  • Document all contacts effectively for insights.
  • Engage customers in 5 languages, utilising translation technology.
  • Participate in continuous learning and improvement initiatives.

Booking Support:

  • Assist HousingAnywhere Tenants and Advertisers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Manage booking modifications and cancellations efficiently.
  • Ensure decisions align with terms and conditions.
  • Identify process improvements and share best practices.
  • Proactively engage in continuous learning and team activities.

Trust and Safety:

  • Manage and respond to customer reviews on HousingAnywhere and Kamernet.
  • Handle Tenant reviews on HousingAnywhere.
  • Contribute to fraud prevention activities.
  • Manage User reports and ensure compliance with Terms and Conditions.
  • Proactively participate in continuous learning and improvement efforts.

 

Your profile 

  • Proficient in English; additional languages, especially German, Italian, Spanish, and French, are a plus.
  • Student or recent graduate in Foreign Languages, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Initiative-taking and persistent individual.
  • Capable of structuring work following checklists.
  • Energetic, optimistic, and open to new challenges.
  • Availability for a full-time internship of at least 5 months.
