Internship | Sales Propriétaires

Practicalities 

• Starting: April or May 2025 for 6 months - 35 hours/week from 09:00/1700 or 12:00/20:00
• Available on 2 Saturdays out of the month
• The internship allowance is €850 per month
• You will work from our Cergy office, in France          
                      

Ready to kickstart your career with an exciting international environment? As a Sales Propriétaires intern, you’ll have the chance to take full ownership of your work and make a real impact from day one.

Your role and impact 

• Onboard new owners on the platform (explain to them how Studapart works, the advantages, rights and responsibilities of an owner)
• Advise owners on their listings and on the rental process
• Develop the commercial relationship: Create an attachment to the brand through the quality of exchanges in the booking process. 
• Encourage the customer to use the platform and increase its use and through this increase the number of accommodations marketed on the platform and their use of additional services.
• Monitoring of bypasses (bypassing the platform for booking accommodation)
• Follow-up with landlords who do not respond to tenants
• Monitoring and updating the number of available accommodation
• Proactive monitoring of online accommodation (identification of accommodations without demand, highlighting of advertisements, etc.)

Your profile

• No specific degree or experience required, motivation, eagerness to learn and ability to adapt quickly is key!
• Strong proficiency in French and English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Interest in sales and passion for customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to build strong relationships.
