Your team
You will be joining the Booking Operations & Support department which consists of around 30 team members working in 4 different teams. We are fully focused on providing excellent service to our clients by being the face of the business, handling their inventory and ensuring positive customer experiences.
Your role and impact
You will join one of the 4 teams and will play an essential role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and tenants. Your responsibilities:
- Assist HousingAnywhere tenants and landlord via phone, chat, and email.
- Manage booking modifications and cancellations efficiently.
- Ensure decisions align with terms and conditions.
- Identify process improvements and share best practices.
- Proactively engage in continuous learning and team activities.
Your profile
We are looking for individuals who want to own their role and grow their skills. You are:
- Proficient in English. Others like German, Italian, Spanish, or French are a plus.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Capable of structuring work following checklists.
- Strong sense of ownership and proactivity. You take responsibility and deliver results.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Energetic, optimistic, and open to new challenges.
