As an Account Manager for the Spanish market, you will build strong relationships with our advertisers (landlords) and help them succeed on our platform. You will grow existing relationships, drive value for our customers and make an impact in the housing market!
The team
You will be joining the Sales & Supply department, which consists of around 40 team members working across markets. Our mission is to ensure that every tenant who is actively looking for accommodation can always find a home through our platform.
Your role & impact
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with advertisers to deliver maximum value and a great customer experience.
- Plan and execute business review meetings with SME advertisers to boost customer success and retention.
- Analyse advertiser performance to identify bottlenecks/opportunities, and translate them into action points.
- Onboard and educate advertisers on our products and services to accelerate success.
- Perform activities via phone, online meetings, email, and in person where possible.
- Collect and deliver customer feedback with a data-driven, value-focused approach.
- Ensure advertisements are formatted correctly and inventory is optimised.
- Grow advertisers by increasing listings and upselling services.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Train and develop yourself to increase sales performance and overall impact.
- Stay up to date on rental market-related best practices to act as a trusted advisor.
Your profile
- 3 years of sales and/or account management experience in marketplace/SaaS or real estate.
- Fluent in English and native-level Spanish.
- You identify and manage commercial opportunities while building lasting client relationships.
- You’re able to adapt your style depending on the client and the situation.
- You’re results-driven and motivated to work with targets and KPIs.
- Energetic, optimistic, and able to motivate your teammates.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are a natural problem solver.
